Last updated 27 September 2026. gtmdesk is run by Shivam Gupta, an individual based in India ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What gtmdesk is
gtmdesk is a desk for tracking your leads, posts, invoices, and notes, each with a due date. You send, post, and collect payment yourself, from your own accounts. The desk records what you mark.
Trial and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and $0 charged at checkout. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, bills your plan when the trial ends, then every month or year depending on the interval you chose. Prices are on the plans section of the home page.
If you started a free trial without a card, nothing is charged. At the end of the trial your desk pauses until you choose a plan, and your data stays.
Cancelling
Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal. To cancel, use the billing link in your account, or email support@gtmdesk.ai.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, or you cancel within 14 days of a charge and haven't used the desk since, email us and we'll refund that charge in full.
Your content
What you add to your desk is yours. We store it to run the service and delete it when you ask (see Privacy).
Fair use
Use gtmdesk for your own business or your clients' businesses. Don't use it to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack or overload the service.
Availability
We work to keep gtmdesk running. The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 14 days before a change that affects your plan, price, or data.
