What we store

• Your email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
• Your plan, billing interval, trial end date, and subscription status.
• What you add to your desk: leads, posts, invoices, notes, due dates, and the marks you record (sent, posted, paid).

Where it lives

On the gtmdesk server. Each business you add gets its own database file, kept apart from every other customer's.

Payments

Dodo Payments runs checkout and billing as the merchant of record. Your card details go to Dodo Payments, and gtmdesk never sees them. We receive your email, plan, and subscription status from Dodo Payments so we can open your desk.

Cookies and tracking

gtmdesk sets one cookie, desk_user, to keep you signed in. The site has no analytics or advertising scripts.

What we do with your data

We use it to run your desk and your subscription. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for ads.

Server logs

The server logs the status code of each request, such as 200 or 404. It doesn't log what you type.

Export and deletion

Email support@gtmdesk.ai from the address on your account. We'll send you an export, or delete your account and every business on it, within 30 days.

Changes

If we change what we store or who we share it with, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
